Musical Instrument Workshop

Makers:  Metal Arts Department – HDK Steneby Göteborg University

Engaging the students and workshops of HDK, we enjoyed a one-day-make of musical instruments from whatever we could find.  Diggery-do’s, xylophones, theramins, shovel guitars, drums, chimes – and some that were brand new.

The “farm to table” aspect was brought in by an inspirational trip to an epic scrapyard in Nössebro, Sweden – BJM Recycling

Final works were played and shared at our Winter Wonder Makerspace – a joyful noise.
