Come in and make a kalimba!  We have a quick way to hear the music of thumbs on this ancient instrument, and we can bring it up to date with a hand-soldered pickup.  The contact mic could even be used to run an arduino if you are so skilled and inclined…  Keep your eyes out for tuneful bits of metal and bring them in.  Make some music together!
